Sunburnt Landscaping & Excavating is a family-owned and family-operated business. Started by Jake, Sandy, Brandon, and Hailey in 2025, we have built our company on the standards of hard work, a "can-do" attitude, and a genuine desire to serve our community. We are passionate about helping Utah homeowners build outdoor spaces that make sense for their property, their family, and their future.
Jake and Sandy
40+ years of excavation experience
Jake and Sandy's roots run deep in hard work. They met on Sandy's family farm and have spent decades working side by side. Jake brings more than 40 years of excavation experience, while Sandy keeps Sunburnt running behind the scenes (and isn't afraid to get her hands dirty). Together, they bring experience, practicality, and a genuine commitment to serving their neighbors.
Brandon and Hailey
Building Sunburnt for the next generation
Brandon grew up with the same work ethic Jake and Sandy built their lives around. His background spans gardening, farming, pipe laying, equipment operation, and other hands-on trades, giving him a knack for finding practical solutions to outdoor projects. Hailey works to connect Sunburnt with clients and growing Sunburnt, all while keeping up with our littlest landscaper. Together, we're building a company our own family can be proud of and other families can trust.
